Check your file
Use JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, or HEIF files no larger than 10MB each.

Questions before you upload?
Can I use the same photo more than once?
Yes. You can use one photo across several magnets or create a set with a different image on each one.
Will you crop my photo?
We may make a small crop to suit the selected shape. Keep faces, text, and important details away from the outer edges.
What happens if my photo is too low-resolution?
If a file looks unsuitable for printing, contact the customer before production rather than guessing. Update this answer to match your exact proofing policy.
When will my order ship?
Most custom orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Update this timing during peak gifting periods.
